Arrived quickly but actually received the incorrect size window covering package with it but Joe called me right away and made it right. I love this thing! No more checking the weather and moving my stuff in and out of the garage!
Love the MR 50 Mid Short Topper on my Gladiator. It seals very well against my bed rails, even with the Rugged Ridge Tri-Fold frame rails on the bed. I bought the Air Window as well and like the rigidity of that window, but I’m still using the tailgate window over the Air Window to achieve a better seal at the tailgate. Overall very happy with the Mid Topper and windows. I still have to look at getting a screen for the window where it meets the truck cab.
I purchased this to protect my bike when driving to races. I was met with a thunderstorm and 2 miles of gravel the 1st time out. It kept the bike dry and clean!
Went on a 3800 mile road trip through several national parks over two weeks. The topper worked great. I never had to adjust my straps once. I even went through some terrible weather at times. Was very impressed at how well it lasted through the whole trip.
Really like this. Quality is better than I expected and the price was great. I’m 74 and can easily handle it by myself and I love the looks. Now I want to get the rear air window too. Very happy !

This topper was easy to setup and install on my Tacoma. Easy to clean with a hose, both inside and out. The windows velcro is super heavy duty. And my truck still fits in the garage.
Quality, durability, ease of installation and options to remove anytime we want to. Drive 4 hours to the coast thr day we got it on and it was super secure, no noise from strong winds. Storms rolled in while on thr coast and the inside stayed completely dry, even while driving against the rain!
1,500+ miles and holds like a rock!! A lot of compliments from people from Wisconsin all the way to Utah! New rear window looks a lot better, but could hold out water a little better. Besides that, we love our purchase! Highly recommend!
Fast and easy to inflate with included hand pump. I reached speed of 80 mph for half a hour and shell remained tightly secure. When inflated shell is regid. So far GREAT DESIGN AND GREAT PRODUCT.
I love it!!!! I've kept it installed for a month to see how it did at highway speeds, in heavy rain, camping, etc and it's fantastic. Kept me warm camping in 30 degree temps, and keeps the inside dry! Holds up well at highway speeds and off roading and getting jostled around. Love it!
Went on easy. One person job. Installation was simple. Looks good. Sealed, no noise at high speeds, solid as a rock, Will be using short term to transport large cargo when needed. Will use for camping. I was able to keep my tonneau cover on. Took about 15 minutes to take off, deflate and store on shelf. Great product for its purpose. Glad I purchased it.
I'm loving it so far! I still need to get the flaps tucked in better, velcro cinched up and add a few straps to address some air gaps. It will suffice until we're past the winter weather. I'm sure a day or two of warm air and sunny skies will allow for easier adjustment.

Inflation was a breeze using their air compressor (gifted as part of their holiday sale). Getting it setup on my Tacoma was easy except for the freezing temps we were having. I actually slept in it that night and was sleeping great until mother nature called. I could have benefitted from realizing how the zippers worked on the back. Fun getting old!
I've taken this on the highway at 70mph while raining, no issues. Just make sure you have it strapped down tight! (Always perform your pre-flight safety check!)
Their customer service is rocking! Don't hesitate to send them a message and offer feedback. I look forward to seeing what other stuff they come up with.

My girlfriend and I purchased the Flated topper in preparation for our cross country move from southeast Georgia to southern Oregon. The Flated topper did not disappoint!
Through the sweltering heat of the southeast, through the windy Great Plains, through a snowstorm in Flagstaff, through the rolling hills of eastern California, to the mountains of Oregon. Not once did we have to inflate the topper or readjust the straps even with the changes in temperature and elevations.
We even had the joyful encounter of meeting a fellow “Flater” along the road trip.
We highly recommend a Flated topper!

Used my Flated for a cross country move from DC to Seattle. No noise, held great, and kept me things dry. I slept in my truck bed on the way over and it insulated quite well. Now it’s cleaned and packed in my closet waiting for its next adventure. Awesome product, guys!
Everything worked exactly as advertised. Texas to Colorado sat at the airport for a few days then adventurous ride back to Texas. Zero complaints. Would love if they made a little trolling motor attachment so I could fish off it.
My wife and I took our 10 year old son on a two and a half week road trip from Boston to Sandusky to Chicago to the Wisconsin Dells to Milwaukee to the Upper Peninsula down to the Ohio State Reformatory to Watkins Glen and Howes Cave in NY and back home to Boston. We received our new Flated the weekend before our Wednesday departure. My dad and I assembled and installed it with ease in less than an hour. We packed the bed of our truck more than we ever had before and hit the road. Our Flated was a blessing on this trip! It never failed us once, it was so easy to access our stuff and not a drop of water got in while we drive through thunderstorms in Erie, PA. So happy we bought our Flated!
Ended up being exactly what I was hoping for. Using the manual pump, it takes less than 3 minutes to inflate. I'm 5'8" and am able to pick it up, carry it to my truck, and put it on by myself. Construction is really nice and the strap system is super easy. I went from opening the box when it arrived to driving down the road in 30 minutes! Deflating with the manual pump is also really fast and easy, and the carry bag is so simple - really love that you can open it all the way up so you're not struggling to stuff it into a confined space.
The ONLY design modification I can think of is to have small patches of Velcro at the corners of the window flaps so when you fold them up out of the way, you can stick them there, and not have to fight to keep them up while trying to line up the windows. Super minor. Otherwise, you can tell how much thought went into the design - it works! I would definitely recommend.
Looking forward to hopefully an extension add-on for those of us who are tall with short beds for camping! Happy customer, and would buy another one if I got a different truck.
The first task for my Flated topper was to help me move from central FL to GA. This summer has been unusually hot with temps in the upper 90s, and i was worried about the extreme heat. I only inflated it to approx 5lbs and use the Flated digital gauge to monitor the pressure...alway stayed rigid. It never got close to the max pressure even in full sun, and handled the interstate drive up to GA on one of the hottest days of the year. I had the truck bed/topper loaded to the gills and it held up wonderfully. Now the real fun begins with a bucket list of outdoor adventures with the Flated topper providing greater capacity.
Love the topper! Have only had it on the truck for a month but It's already been through a helluva rain and hail storm on the highway, with no leaks, Really smart design, easy to install.
So far, so good! This fits my short bed Tacoma like a glove. I love the screens for camping or having my dogs back there. It’s secure at high speeds and doesn’t weight down my truck. Happy to have the option to deflate and store easily as I do not have a garage. I’m very satisfied with this and would recommend to anyone looking for a versatile and affordable topper.
Picked up the refurbished cap, it has minor swirls on the top of it. The cap is in great shape. Love how fast i can put it on and be ready to go. I do have to remove a tonneau cover that rolls up but I can do that in 10 minutes. Drove around town, took my truck up to 75 and not a peep from the topper. Doesn’t wobble or move, very sturdy.
Looks great and it’s so easy to set up. It’s lite and has so many features. Because it seats so well there is no noise while driving. I fully recommend this product for any truck.
I love it, Easy to install, uninstall and stored by myself. First night was a rainy one and not water came inside.
Will be nice if the 2 side bottom HOOKS be located lower or out without touching the window's velcro. Also a rear window screen with the tailgate close and open option.
I've had the mid size topper on my Jeep Gladiator for about a month now and it's terrific. Customer service at Flated is top notch. Hannah was terrific. I returned my air deck as it just didn't meet my needs with no problems. Recommending it to others who will be purchasing their toppers in short order!
