Everything was excellent!
I'm loving Everything about the Flated Cap80. I don't usually like having a canopy on the truck. So when I need one I have always gone to the u-pull it junk yard and found one. Then have to get rid of it because I have no where to store it when not on the truck. We recently did a 1200 mile round trip from Idaho to the coast and again I needed a canopy. The flated cap80 worked perfectly. From unboxing it to finished install was about one hour. It was inflated and sitting on the truck in less than 20 minutes. The install was seamless. Our daily temps were near triple digits here in Idaho when we left. We drove over the Blues with elevation changes ranging from sea level to almost 5k' and the topper held perfect air pressure. As well as driving through the Columbia River Gorge at 70mph with a 20mph headwind. The Flated Cap80 never budged. I'm thoroughly impressed all the way around. My son is in the coastguard on Kodiak Island in Alaska and has the same truck. He is being transferred to the lower 48 and is like me prefers to not have a topper full time. So I easily removed the topper from my truck and will fly it as checked baggage with me up there to help him in his move. I already have plans to order the new rear window. Love this product! It passed it's first trip without needing to make any adjustments afterwards...Solid! The only drawback is a minor one: My tailgate on the '25 Chev 2500 Silverado is shaped so that the tailgate strap will not function
The topper has met all my expectiaons! inflated, installed and looks great on my truck. It does not make any noise when traveling and provides the added protection I was looking for for my truck bed.
Ordering was simple, unit was shipped, arrived in time. Great experience. Will definitely be purchasing more.
My top arrived quickly and without damage. Got it installed fairly quickly without issue. Only one trip so far, about 1700 miles at speeds up to 80. Only issue so far is the top slid back about 1.5 inches after the trip. I thought I had the straps pretty tight. The only usability concern is the rear window securing strap across the bed door. Seems like this could wear on the paint as it's tough to get it tightened down, in position. Overall would recommend it.
It didn't fit correctly and wouldn't stay on place while diving. I was easy to install and remove
