All FLATED® products are made with durable drop-stitch fabric which allows a product to maintain its shape when it is inflated to high pressure. With tens of thousands of tough polyester threads, drop-stitch fabric allows for flat surfaces that can be inflated to rock-hard rigidity. Hard-shell performance meets easy transportation and storage. Sidewalls use PVC layers specifically manufactured for superior air holding. Unlike typical PVC tarpaulin, the specialized sidewall material features internal fibers coated in liquid PVC before incorporation with the outer PVC layer, making the layers more durable and resilient than ever before.

We suggest cleaning all of your FLATED products a few times a year with a UV protectant. This will ensure the sun doesn't start to age your products. Just like your skin, its essential to protect your fabric!

Whether it’s made of nylon fabric, plastic, rubber, or fiberglass the sun’s UV rays can break it down fast. Previously known as UV Tech, apply it to anything used outside to prevent cracks and colors from fading. This specialized formula restores gear to its original appearance by replacing lost plasticizers, rejuvenating surfaces and brightening colors. When a sunscreen for gear is needed, apply Revivex UV Protectant before or after sun exposure to keep it looking good.
We suggest this product for FLATED Air-Carriers, Air-Toppers and Air-Chalets. You don't need it often, but keeps the Zippers working smooth.

We suggest this for Air-Carriers and Air-Topper Windows. This product only has to me used every few months or after heavy use. This will help make sure your zippers on your FLATED products last longer and work better.
